Job summary

CHEP Canada is seeking a Production Operator to repair damaged pallets weighing 50–70 lbs in a fast-paced, safety-conscious production environment. You will perform pallet inspection, sorting, and general warehouse tasks while supporting service centre operations and contributing to a Zero Harm culture.

This on-site role offers a starting wage of 26.52–27.78 CAD/hour with pay increases after probation and shift-based premiums, plus monthly performance incentives.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 1–3 years general labour or similar experience.
• 1–3 years of power tools experience.
• Ability to perform physical work, including lifting up to 70lbs.
• Ability to work in a team setting.

Responsibilities

• Repair damaged CHEP pallets weighing 50–70 lbs with speed and accuracy while meeting safety and productivity requirements.
• Assist in pallet inspection, sorting, and repair as part of warehouse duties.
• Support service centre operations and contribute to CHEP’s Zero Harm safety culture.
