Job summary

Medline Canada is seeking a Warehouse Operator 1 to receive, process, organize, and store inventory in a fast-paced environment. You will pick/pack orders, maintain records, and ensure safety while standing and lifting up to 50 lbs.

Role reports to the Warehouse Supervisor; employment type is Full-Time, Contract, with a starting pay rate of $22/hour plus a $1/hour shift premium and Fri-Mon 10AM-8:30PM shifts. We value diversity and offer career growth, training, and a collaborative culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of recent distribution or warehouse experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Capable of standing, walking, bending, and lifting for extended periods.
• Experience with RF scanners or picking is preferred.
• Forklift certification or experience is an asset.
• Excellent attendance and punctuality.
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal.
• SAP background preferred but not required.
• Intermediate knowledge of computer applications.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate inventory records.
• Operate forklifts and pallet jacks when required.
• Unpack, inspect, sort and stock items to correct locations.
• Ensure pallets and shelving units are in good condition.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Follow company policies and OSHA safety regulations.
• Report unsafe conditions and maintain safety compliance.
