Job summary

CHEP Canada Corp. in Delta, BC is seeking Warehouse Personnel to repair pallets weighing 50-70 lbs in a fast-paced, quota-driven environment. You will inspect, sort, and repair pallets while upholding CHEP’s Zero Harm safety standards and teamwork ethos.

This full-time role includes a monthly performance-based incentive program. The position offers a night shift (Sunday to Thursday, 11pm–7am) withFull-time, permanent, and unionized status (Teamsters 31).

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 1-3 years of general labour, construction, carpentry, landscaping, or similar experience.
• 1-3 years of power tools experience.
• Previous forklift experience or certificate (preferred).
• Ability to perform physical work, including lifting up to 70 lbs.
• Ability to work in a team setting.

About the Role

The Warehouse Personnel repairs damaged CHEP pallets weighing 50-70 lbs, using speed, accuracy, and attention to detail while ensuring safety, security, and productivity requirements are met. This fast‑paced, quota‑driven production environment offers performance‑based production incentives paid monthly.

$28.26-29.61 per hour starting wage, with pay increases after probation. Additional pay premium based on shift. Performance‑based production incentives paid monthly.
