This is a physically demanding role with rotating shifts and the need to wear steel-toed boots. Ideal candidates have Grade 12, 5+ years of industrial painting experience, and are comfortable operating cranes and forklifts.

The Painter is a hands-on production role responsible for preparing and applying industrial coatings to steel and metal components across a variety of manufacturing projects. Working within Ebco's Painting Division, you will carry out masking, surface preparation, sandblasting, and painting tasks to a high standard, ensuring finished products meet quality and safety requirements.
This is a physically demanding role suited to an experienced industrial painter who can work independently, follow direction, and adapt to a fast-paced manufacturing environment with rotating shifts.
We offer competitive wages ($39.07-$41.67/hr) and comprehensive benefits. Remuneration and benefits plan as per Ebco and Ironworker's Local 712 Collective Agreement.
