Join Valravn Painting Ltd – We're Hiring Skilled Painters in the Cowichan Valley!

Valravn Painting Ltd. is growing and hiring for the 2025 spring, summer, and fall seasons. We’re looking for dependable, detail-oriented painters to join our team.

Experienced Painter – $28–$35/hr (5–10 Years Experience)

We need a seasoned pro who leads by example, works efficiently, and delivers top-tier results. Bring your expertise to a company that values skill, reliability, and professionalism.

Painters – $22–$26/hr (1–3 Years Experience)

We’re also hiring 2 painters with at least 1 year of experience (2–3 preferred). Must be comfortable on ladders and eager to grow your skills in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Apply paint, stains, and coatings with brushes/rollers
• Work on new builds and restorations
• Caulking, gap/seam filling
• Ladder work as needed
• Follow safety procedures and maintain clean worksites
• Communicate clearly with the foreman

Training is available for the right candidate looking to pursue Red Seal certification.
