Job description

The Paint Sales Specialist will provide expert advice on paint products and solutions to our PROS while understanding customer needs, offering recommendations, and driving sales growth within the paint department. You will leverage your knowledge of paint types, application techniques, and industry trends to deliver exceptional customer service. The Paint Sales Specialist will also assist customers with their blinds and shades product by providing advice and suggestive selling.

Qualifications
  1. Knowledge of paint products, finishes, and application techniques.
  2. Knowledge of window blinds and creation of special product orders is an asset.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Ability to analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
