Job summary

Glendale Industries Limited in Brandon, Manitoba, a COR certified metal fabrication facility, seeks qualified individuals to join our powder coating team. Glendale has been in business since 1984. We are seeking qualified individuals to join our powder coating team.

This position involves assisting with powder coating and sandblasting tasks, and will involve forklift use and other job-related equipment. Overtime may be required to meet production schedules.

Qualifications

• Experience in sandblasting or powder coating is an asset but not required.
• Training will be provided to the ideal candidate.
• Ability to lift, push, pull or carry heavy objects.

Hours: Monday ? Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM

Salary Range: Hourly rate dependent upon qualifications

Experience ? Industry knowledge, sandblasting and equipment operating experience would an asset but is not required. Training will be provided to the ideal candidate.

Skills ? Applicant must have the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. The applicant must be able to work in a collaborative team setting. The applicant must also be able to lift, push, pull or carry heavy objects.
