Job summary

NORTHWEST DECORATING & SANDBLASTING LTD in Grande Pointe, MB is seeking General Labourers to support daily operations across our warehouse. This full-time role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and reliability in a powder coating environment.

Starting wage is $19.00 per hour with potential up to $21.00, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 7:30 am to 4:00 pm. Health benefits after 6 months; transportation required for this location.

Responsibilities

• Assist with loading, unloading, and moving materials or equipment in a timely manner
• Support the setup and cleanup of work areas to maintain a safe and organized environment
• Operate basic tools and machinery as required, following safety protocols at all times
• Follow instructions from supervisors to complete assigned tasks accurately and efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness of work sites by disposing of waste and debris appropriately
• Conduct routine inspections to identify potential hazards or safety concerns
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines

Qualifications

• Ability to stand, walk, lift, and carry materials for extended periods

Looking for general labour to prep, hang and package parts in powder coating warehouse.

Fulltime employment, Monday to Friday. 7:30 am to 4:00 pm. Starting wage $19.00 / hour with Health Benefits after 6 months.

Must have own transportation due to warehouse location.

6 minutes South of Winnipeg on Hwy 59 in Grande Pointe, MB.

Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
