Job summary

You will engage customers, share product knowledge, and support quotes and order processing while upholding safety and service standards. Bilingual French/English is an asset for this role.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and teamwork are required.
• Sales and customer service experience are essential.
• High attention to detail is important.
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs.
• Must be able to work days/evenings/weekends on rotating shifts.
• Willingness to learn and operate the D635 computer system used to process orders.
• Grade 12 diploma or equivalent is considered an asset.
• Bilingual French/English proficiency is preferred.
