Qualifikationen

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Hold a valid Class G driver’s licence with a clean driving record.
• Have reliable access to a vehicle to respond quickly to emergency scenes.
• Be familiar with the streets and neighbourhoods of Elliot Lake.
• Able to follow direction from Fire Department officers with professionalism.
• Demonstrate strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Capable of performing calmly and effectively under stressful, high-pressure situations.
• Willing and able to participate fully in all required Fire Service training and certification.
• Able to pass annual department physical fitness test.
• Able to pass a vulnerable sector criminal background check.
• Able to pass a medical examination and be confirmed fit for duty by a qualified physician.
