Job summary

Geotab is seeking a Support Operations Intern for an 8-month work-term beginning January 2027. This paid internship runs Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week, offering hands-on experience in Change Management, data analysis, and AI-support tooling within a dynamic IoT and analytics environment.

The role involves Tier 2 troubleshooting, liaison work between the Orders and Tier 3 teams, KPI tracking, and knowledge-base migration to Google Docs, with opportunities to build dashboards and SOPs for

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field is pursued.
Equivalent combination of education or work experience may be substituted.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Act as Tier 2 support for the Device Adder and troubleshoot issues before escalation.
Coordinate between Orders team and Tier 3 development teams for issue resolution.
Monitor for product changes, assess impact, and notify leadership as needed.
Support KPI tracking and data analysis using SQL tools.
Migrate and standardize knowledge base content for an AI-assisted support tool.
Create and maintain transition docs for scalable intern training.
