Job Description

The Paid Social Specialist supports the planning, execution, optimization, and reporting of paid social campaigns for healthcare and life sciences clients. Working closely with media planners, strategists, analytics partners, and client teams, this role helps deliver high‑quality campaign execution while ensuring budgets, reporting, and performance objectives are achieved. Success in this role requires strong platform knowledge, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.

What You’ll Do
  • Execute paid social campaigns across Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Pinterest, Snapchat, X, and other social advertising platforms to support client objectives.
  • Monitor campaign pacing, budgets, and performance metrics, identifying optimization opportunities to improve campaign outcomes.
  • Prepare campaign reports, analyze performance data using Excel, and communicate insights and recommendations to internal stakeholders.
  • Manage campaign invoicing and reconciliation activities while maintaining accurate documentation and financial records.
  • Collaborate with media, strategy, and analytics teams to support multiple client campaigns, deliver projects on schedule, and contribute to continuous campaign improvement.
Qualifications

Required:

  • 1+ year of hands‑on experience managing paid social campaigns using Meta Ads Manager and other paid social advertising platforms, with measurable campaign execution responsibilities.
  • Post‑secondary education in Digital Marketing, Advertising, Media Studies, Communications, or a related discipline.
  • Experience managing campaign budgets, pacing, reporting, and invoicing across multiple concurrent campaigns or clients.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills demonstrated through campaign analysis, reporting, and performance tracking, with proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
  • Experience collaborating with cross‑functional teams and presenting campaign updates, insights, or recommendations using campaign performance data.

Desired:

  • Comfort and enthusiasm for using AI as a regular part of how work gets done.
  • Experience managing campaigns on LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Pinterest, Snapchat, and X advertising platforms.
  • Exposure to healthcare, pharmaceutical, or regulated‑industry advertising environments.
  • Experience supporting U.S. market campaigns and adapting campaigns for different audience segments.
  • Experience identifying optimization opportunities through campaign testing, audience analysis, and performance measurement.
Additional Information

This posting is for an existing vacancy at Klick. The base salary range for this position is between CAD $60,000 - $70,000. The final amount offered will be determined based on several factors such as a candidate’s work location, their unique skill set, education, and prior work experience.
