  • Comfort and enthusiasm for using AI as part of work processes.
  • Experience working on US healthcare campaigns in an agency setting.
  • Exposure to budget management, pacing and reconciliation.
  • Experience mentoring junior team members and contributing to new business initiatives.

Job Description

The Media Planning Specialist supports the development and execution of digital media campaigns that reach healthcare audiences across the US market. This role works closely with senior media planners, media operations, analytics, and cross‑functional teams to translate data into effective media strategies. The Media Planning Specialist contributes to campaign planning, execution, optimization, and reporting while building a strong foundation in digital media best practices.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and support digital media plans across paid search, display, video, social, email, and mobile channels using platform and audience data.
  • Allocate and manage budgets by channel, monitor pacing, and support optimization against defined KPIs with Analytics and Media Operations.
  • Execute and optimize live campaigns using media platforms and tools, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and performance.
  • Produce performance reports and insights that evaluate campaign effectiveness and inform recommendations.
  • Collaborate with Media Operations, Finance, Project Management, SEM, Biddable, Analytics, and Client Services teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
Qualifications

Required:

  • 2–3+ years of hands‑on digital media planning or execution experience, including campaign setup, optimization, and reporting.
  • Experience supporting paid digital campaigns across multiple channels such as search, display, video, or social, with measurable performance outcomes.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze campaign data and translate insights into optimization recommendations.
  • Hands‑on experience using media and operational tools such as DCM, Datorama, Genome, Excel, PowerPoint, or equivalent platforms.
  • Experience collaborating with cross‑functional teams and media vendors to execute campaigns effectively.
  • Comfort and enthusiasm for using AI as a regular part of how work gets done.
  • Experience working on US healthcare or pharmaceutical campaigns in an agency environment.
  • Exposure to budget management, pacing, and reconciliation processes.
  • Experience supporting or mentoring junior team members or coordinators.
  • Interest in contributing to new business initiatives or process improvements.
Additional Information

This posting is for an existing role at Klick. The base salary range for this position is between $60,000 - $68,000. The final amount offered will be determined based on several factors such as a candidate's work location, their unique skill set, education, and prior work experience.
