Job summary

Sephora Canada in Regina is seeking a part-time Paid Beauty Advisor to guide clients on their beauty journey at the Beauty Studio and beyond. You’ll deliver personalized consultations, apply makeup, perform skincare services, and ensure high hygiene standards in a welcoming, inclusive environment.

You’ll stay current with trends, assist with promotions, and help bookings and rebookings. The role requires 1–3 years in retail, strong communication, reliability, and the ability to lift up to 50

Qualifications

• 1-3 years' prior experience in retail sales or services.
• Knowledge about trending beauty products.
• Passion for client service and selling.
• Strong communication skills, ability to multitask.
• Consistent and reliable attendance.
• Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds

• Deliver Exceptional Client Service: Create a welcoming and inclusive environment for all clients. Handle bookings and rebooking of beauty services.
• Participate in Sales and Promotional Events: Be part of sales events and promotions, driving customer engagement and contributing to the store's sales goals.

Meaningful Rewards

The compensation ranges between CAD$17.50 - CAD$20.60/hr. Additionally, you may be eligible for performance-based bonus opportunities, a competitive benefits program, and robust learning and development initiatives aimed at promoting employee support and recognition.The final pay offered will depend on various factors, including but not limited to the actual qualifications and experience of the individual, and any additional non-discriminatory, legitimate business factors relevant to the position and/or location.
