Sephora Canada in Kitchener, ON is seeking a part-time Paid Service Beauty Advisor to guide clients on their beauty journey at the Beauty Studio and beyond. You will educate, inspire, and perform beauty services while delivering exceptional service in a welcoming environment.

With 1–3 years in retail, you’ll stay current on trends, demonstrate makeup techniques, and contribute to store goals. Flexible hours, physical stamina, and strong communication are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities

Meaningful Rewards

The compensation ranges between CAD$19.70 - CAD$23.20/hr. Additionally, you may be eligible for performance-based bonus opportunities, a competitive benefits program, and robust learning and development initiatives aimed at promoting employee support and recognition.The final pay offered will depend on various factors, including but not limited to the actual qualifications and experience of the individual, and any additional non-discriminatory, legitimate business factors relevant to the position and/or location.
