Sephora Canada is hiring a Paid Services Beauty Advisor for part-time hours in Victoria, BC. As a Beauty Advisor, you will guide clients on their beauty journey at the Beauty Studio and beyond, delivering personalized consultations and beauty services while promoting products and services.

You will stay current with trends, demonstrate techniques, and ensure excellent client experiences during peak retail hours. Competitive pay and benefits are available including bonus opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide Personalized Beauty Consultations: Understand clients' beauty goals and recommend suitable products and services.
• Perform Beauty Services: Provide customized beauty services, including makeup application and skincare treatments. Ensure you adhere to health and hygiene standards.
• Demonstrate Product Application: Showcase your expertise in makeup techniques and skincare routines.
• Stay Current with Beauty Trends: Stay updated about the latest beauty trends, new products, and brand launches at Sephora.
• Deliver Exceptional Client Service: Create a welcoming and inclusive environment for all clients. Handle bookings and rebooking of beauty services.
• Participate in Sales and Promotional Events: Be part of sales events and promotions, driving customer engagement and contributing to the store's sales goals.

Meaningful Rewards
The compensation ranges between CAD$20.35 - CAD$25.45/hr.
