Sephora Canada is hiring a Paid Service Beauty Advisor at the Bayshore location in Ottawa. This part-time role focuses on personalized beauty consultations, makeup application, skincare treatments, and delivering exceptional client service within the Beauty Studio and store environment.

You will stay ahead of beauty trends, demonstrate techniques, handle bookings, and participate in promotions to support store goals. Flexible hours during peak retail times are required.

Qualifications

Key Responsibilities

• Provide Personalized Beauty Consultations: Understand clients' beauty goals and recommend suitable products and services.
• Perform Beauty Services: Provide customized beauty services, including makeup application and skincare treatments. Ensure you adhere to health and hygiene standards.
• Demonstrate Product Application: Showcase your expertise in makeup techniques and skincare routines.
• Stay Current with Beauty Trends: Stay updated about the latest beauty trends, new products, and brand launches at Sephora.
• Deliver Exceptional Client Service: Create a welcoming and inclusive environment for all clients. Handle bookings and rebooking of beauty services.
• Participate in Sales and Promotional Events: Be part of sales events and promotions, driving customer engagement and contributing to the store's sales goals.

Qualifications/Experience

• 1-3 years' prior experience in retail sales or services.

Meaningful Rewards

The compensation ranges between CAD$19.70 - CAD$23.20/hr.
