Qualifications

• Willing to travel and attend meetings to support patient needs.
• G or G2 driver’s license and own vehicle required.
• Standard First Aid and CPR Level C due on Day 1.
• Immunizations up to date (MMR, Varicella/Zosters, HepB, Tetanus) and recent TB test.
• Clear police check and vulnerable sector check (upon job offer).
