Burlington Public Library is seeking a part-time Customer Experience team member to support shelving, sorting, and customer assistance across multiple branches in Burlington. You will help provide access to materials, maintain spaces, and assist with program-related setup.
Hours are 8–16 per week with evening and weekend shifts; minimum wage compensation applies. Applicants may indicate preferred branches during screening.

Education: Completion of Grade 8
As a member of the Customer Experience team, reporting to the manager and working under the direction of the Branch Operations Lead, this position models BPL’s values in all interactions, provides timely access to library materials through sorting, shelving, and maintaining library shelves and spaces.
