Job summary

A home healthcare company is seeking a self-driven Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) in Toronto to assist with a paediatric home care client. Ideal candidates have paediatric nursing experience and must perform various medical interventions, including G and J tube feeding. Strong interpersonal skills are essential as nurses will engage clients in age-appropriate play. Competitive pay rates from $37.25 to $40.25 per hour are offered, with a consistent schedule and additional training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Valid Criminal Record Check completed within the last year.
• Negative TB Test completed within the last year.
• Ability to identify and report client care concerns.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care including hygiene assistance and medications administration.
• Support patients with all applicable medical needs as outlined in care plans.
• Observe and document patients' medical health and responses.
