Tayco is seeking a dedicated Packer – Order Optimizer for the Day Shift to assemble and package orders, ensuring optimal skid efficiency and accurate documentation. The role supports a high-volume environment with emphasis on safety and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Experience with hand/power tools used in packing and order preparation.
• Ability to follow packing instructions and document work clearly.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Collect, consolidate and package orders for final shipment.
• Optimize skids and packing methods to improve efficiency.
• Maintain safe and organized packing area and participate in team meetings.
