Participate and contribute to effective production efficiency by packing vinyl products according to customer specifications, recognizing and removing defective products, and ensuring proper sealing for transportation.

Compensation includes a competitive hourly rate, night shift premium, and additional incentives upon hire.

Must be able to work 12-hour rotating continental shifts.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Pack vinyl products from extrusion/injection lines per specifications.
• Recognize, remove, and report defective products and equipment.
• Prepare packaging for shipment, including gluing boxes, interlocking products, and ensuring boxes are free of punch slugs, glued, and stapled correctly.
• Maintain accurate piece counts and stack cartons for crating.
• Ensure proper closure and transport of cartons.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Monitor carton and end cap sizes, reporting discrepancies.
• Participate in inventory counts as required.
• Follow all health, safety, and company policies.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Shift Supervisor.

Qualifications

• Ability to work 12-hour continental shifts.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Manufacturing experience is an asset but not required.
• Good communication skills.
• Basic math skills.
• Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of packing processes and ability to operate air equipment.
