Job summary

C.H. Guenther & Son, Inc. is seeking production technicians for the packaging area at its Delta facility. The role involves rotating between Technician #1–4 across shifts to ensure quality control and meet customer specifications.

Responsibilities include operating under HACCP and WCB guidelines, maintaining GMPs, packaging muffins, clearing jams, and communicating QA issues to the Shift Supervisor. A team-driven, safety-first environment is emphasized.

Qualifications

• Experience in a food processing plant is preferred.
• Able to lift up to 20 kg regularly.
• Adherence to GMPs and safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Operate department under HACCP and WCB guidelines.
• Rotate positions between Technician #1–4 across shifts.
• Ensure muffins meet customer requirements prior to bagging.
• Maintain packaging area and assist with forker operations and jam clearance.
• Report equipment problems and QA issues to the Shift Supervisor.
