Job summary

Golden West Baking is a food manufacturing facility on Anacis Island producing English muffins and buns. The role is a packaging/technician position with rotation across Technician #1–#4 during shifts, focusing on final QC, documentation, and GMP adherence.

Work involves assisting Bagger Operators, clearing jams, and maintaining cleanliness and organization in the muffin-packaging area while ensuring customer specifications and quality standards are met.

Responsibilities

• Rotate position across technician roles (Technician #1, #2, #3, #4) to cover packaging lines.
• Perform final quality checks and maintain proper documentation per GMP and HACCP.
• Assist bagger operators, clear jams, and support take-off operations as needed.
• Maintain clean, organized muffin-packaging areas and assist with general cleaning of machinery and facility.
