Job summary

Golden West Baking, part of CH Guenther and Son, seeks packaging technicians to operate under HACCP and safety guidelines. You will rotate through Technician 1–4 across shifts, ensuring packaging quality, proper documentation, and adherence to GMPs in a food manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities include assisting in bagging, taking part in QC checks, and maintaining clean, sanitary packaging areas. Teamwork and adherence to safety standards are essential for daily production and product

Qualifications

• Must follow HACCP and WCB safety guidelines.
• Rotate among Technician positions across shifts.
• Maintain final QC checks and proper documentation.

Responsibilities

• Operate department under HACCP regulations and WCB safety guidelines.
• Rotate positions with Technicians 1–4 to cover all packaging areas.
• Ensure customer requirements are met and QC records are complete.
• Keep muffin-packaging areas clean and organized; adhere to GMPs.
