Organigram is seeking a Packaging Supervisor to lead daily packaging operations, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity across departments. The role reports to Packaging Manager and requires initiative, coaching, and hands-on leadership in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will drive efficiency, train staff, uphold SOPs and GMPs under Cannabis Act, and collaborate with other departments to meet production goals while fostering continuous improvement.

Qualifikationen

• Previous packaging experience is an asset.
• Post-secondary education or an acceptable combination of training and experience.
• Must be able to work in adverse conditions (height, heat, high intensity lighting).
• Bilingual English/French would be an asset.
• Proficient in Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel.
• Complies with SOPs and GMPs under the Cannabis Act.
• Demonstrated ability to motivate and train staff to deliver high-quality outcomes.
• Manage change towards achieving business goals.

Position Summary:

Reporting to the Packaging Manager, the Packaging Supervisor will be a key component to maximizing the safety, quality, and productivity in our daily operations throughout all departments.

The ideal candidate for this role is a self-starter that demonstrates initiative, displays both problem- solving and decision-making abilities, and has excellent organizational skills. The Packaging Supervisor uses their interpersonal abilities and positive, \"can-do\" approach to tackle complex and evolving business needs, serving as a coach to develop employees in the department. Leading by example, the Packaging Supervisor identifies and, works to implement, initiatives that drive efficiency and improve business operations.
