Redpath Sugar Ltd. in Toronto is seeking a Manager, FP&A to lead analyses that drive efficiency across manufacturing operations and optimize commercial strategy. You will develop insights, prepare presentations for senior leadership, and partner with finance, operations, and sales teams to implement actionable solutions.
The role requires 5+ years of experience and an MBA/CPA with strong Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, and SAP knowledge. This is a hybrid Toronto role with limited travel.

The Manager, FP&A provides analysis, insight and recommendations to senior Redpath leadership that enables decisions and shape company strategy. The Financial Planning - Analysis Manager will lead analyses focused on improving the efficiency of Redpath operations (e.g., raw materials processing, sugar refining, packaging, warehousing, distribution) and the effectiveness of Redpath commercial strategy (e.g., product portfolio optimization, marketing effectiveness, pricing optimization).
