Job summary
ProMach seeks a Systems Integrator to lead the integration, commissioning, and support of the ZPI software suite, working on-site and remotely at client locations, with some in-office flexibility. You will collaborate with customers and internal teams to ensure successful deployments and ongoing success.
The ideal candidate holds an Electrical Engineering or Industrial Automation credential, has PLC experience (Rockwell, Siemens, Modicon), OPC DA/UA know-how, and familiarity with manufacturing
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Automation.
- Experience in industrial automation and systems integration.
- Proven PLC experience with Rockwell, Siemens, and Modicon.
- Familiarity with OPC DA/UA and OPC servers.
- Experience with manufacturing intelligence systems (OEE, MES, LEDS).
- Willingness to travel 30-40% (US and international).
Responsibilities
- Audit PLC and HMI code to extract and analyze data.
- Validate communications to devices via OPC and troubleshoot issues.
- On-site and remote integration and commissioning of the ZPI software.
- Provide ongoing technical support for ZPI, OPC, and related software.
- Coordinate customer calls to review project status and requirements.
- Guide end users on effective use of our software.
- Develop and maintain project documentation.
