FedEx in Burlington, Canada seeks a Package Handler to load and unload freight, scan and sort packages, and transport freight within and between facilities. This role supports safe and efficient movement of packages during peak periods.

Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED, and may have up to 6 months of experience as a Package Handler. A G license and good driving record are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent (Preferred).
• Six (6) months of experience as a Package Handler preferred.
• FedEx Canada operations and Canadian Customs regulations - (Preferred).
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Must have the ability to lift 70 lbs & maneuver any package weighing up to 150 lbs with appropriate equipment.
• Must possess a valid G license & have a good driving record.

Responsabilités

• Load and unload freight within the facility.

• Train other Package Handlers on loading, unloading, palletizing, and scanning techniques to ensure efficient movement of packages.

Trains other Package Handlers (PHs) on loading, unloading, palletizing, and scanning techniques in order to ensure efficient and safe movement of packages through the operation.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

Additional Details

Posting: 10/14/2026 – 10/21/2026 at 3PM local EST. Special assignment for 3 months for peak. Tue to Sat. Tue to Fri 0500-0830; Sat 0600-0930
