Job summary

Intelcom | Dragonfly in Mississauga is seeking candidates for a fast-paced warehouse role. You will unload, sort, and prepare parcels with team support, contributing to accurate delivery across our network.

This position offers a flexible schedule (minimum 3 days per week) and an active, move-friendly environment where teamwork and safety come first. Training is provided and growth opportunities exist for reliable performers.

Qualifications

• Fast-paced warehouse environment experience preferred.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and take pride in accuracy.
• Comfort with standing and lifting up to 50 pounds (23 kg).

Responsibilities

• Unload trailers and verify freight against manifests.
• Unload freight manually into conveyors (manual and powered).
• Operate jacks to organize, receive shipments and feed sort lines.
• Sort, scan, and handle parcels according to the sort plan.
• Use handheld devices to sort, scan, and prepare orders.
• Place packages in designated areas for delivery or Linehaul teams.
• Stage sorted freight in load-out areas and complete supervisor tasks.
• Build, wrap, sort, and transport pallets and packages.
• Validate scanned freight to reduce mis-sorts and maintain efficiency.
• Perform cleaning, housekeeping, and safety inspections.
• Lift up to 50 pounds / 23 kg.

Salary Range

$20.35 - $22.18

Core Duties:

• Unload trailers and verify freight against manifests

• Unload freight manually into manual and powered conveyors

• Use power/ manual jacks to organize, receive shipments, and feed the sort lines. (Mandatory training, certify)

• Organize thesortsetup as per thesortplan.

• Sort, scan, and handle parcels according to thesortplan.

• Operate technology and handheld devices to sort, scan, and prepare orders.

• Place packages in designated areas for the delivery or Linehaul team. (Hub and Stations)

• Stage the sorted freight in the designated load out area as per the station layout

• Complete related tasks assigned by supervisors.

• Build, wrap, sort, and transport pallets and packages. (Hub and Middle Mile)

• Validate the scanned and sorted freight to ensure sorting efficiency (reduce the mis-sorts).

• Perform cleaning, housekeeping, and safety inspections.

• Lift up to50pounds / 23 kg.

• Other duties as assigned
