Job summary

United Parcel Service, Inc. is seeking a UPS Package Driver in Caledon, Ontario. The role involves delivering and picking up packages from residential and commercial properties in a fast-paced environment.

Workdays are Tuesday to Saturday with start times around 9:15 AM, offering stable full-time permanent employment and weekly pay. The position carries with it a base wage of $20.00 per hour, overtime opportunities, and a progressive wage scale under the Union Collective Agreement reaching

Qualifications

Must be able to lift up to 70 lbs unassisted.
Capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
Strong customer service skills required.
Proficient in navigation using maps, GPS devices, and map books.
Valid Ontario G driver’s license required.
Clean driving record with limited demerits.

Responsibilities

Deliver and pick up UPS packages efficiently and effectively.
Learn and properly execute UPS safe and defensive driving methods.
Assist with loading and unloading trucks as required.
Record, track, and maintain information about delivered packages.
Comply with UPS appearance guidelines by wearing the company provided vest and uniform.
