Express Scripts Canada (ESC) is seeking a Senior Manager PA and DPM on a contract basis in Mississauga, ON. The role leads the Prior Authorization and Drug Plan Management teams and reports to the Director, Clinical Services. The hybrid work arrangement supports collaboration with clients and internal stakeholders.

The candidate will drive strategic direction, clinical excellence, and operational modernization while ensuring high-quality service delivery across client programs.

Qualificações

• BS in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy required.
• Licensed to practice pharmacy in Canada required.
• Minimum five years of experience in pharmacy benefit management, private healthcare insurance, drug plan management or a related field is preferred.
• 3 years of progressive leadership experience, including team management, coaching, performance management and operation oversight.
• Advanced clinical training or a relevant certification is preferred; an MBA or comparable graduate-level business qualification is an asset.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the PA and DPM teams in delivering annual strategic objectives with milestones and SLA performance.
• Foster growth through coaching and mentoring to expand team proficiency and bench strength.
• Lead change-management activities and document risks and mitigation plans.
• Provide strategic direction for PA and DPM programs and translate priorities into a roadmap.
• Own end-to-end delivery of PA and DPM operations ensuring SLAs and quality standards.
