Express Scripts Canada is hiring a Provider Relations Representative for Mississauga (or Montreal). The role is a 6‑month contract, part‑time at 21 hours per week, with a hybrid work arrangement and one on‑site day per week.

You will review network/provider contracts across pharmacy, medical supplies, mental health, vision and dental, ensuring data accuracy in ESC systems and timely entry of provider details. Bilingual English/French is an asset.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2–3 years in an office or customer service environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe Reader/Writer.
• Bilingual English and French is an asset.

Responsabilités

• Support for Provider Relations administrative tasks.
• Review and validate provider agreements for accuracy.
• Perform quality checks on self and team submissions.
• Enter and maintain provider information in ESC system accurately.
• Process provider modifications and terminations across benefit areas.
• Respond to inquiries from providers in their preferred language.
• Collaborate with team and contribute to project work.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
