Job summary

FedEx Canada is seeking a field supervisor to oversee Pick-Up and Delivery Operations within the station's service area, ensuring top service objectives are met. You will also supervise warehouse and ramp operations to maintain efficient flows and safety.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, 4 years of experience (2 in logistics) or related field, proficiency in MS Office, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Four (4) years business experience.
• Two (2) years experience in transportation & logistics or a related service industry preferred.
• Demonstrated basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook).
• Must possess a valid driver s license and a good driving record.
• Must currently be a member of FedEx management or LEAP/EXCEL endorsed.
• Ability to lift 70 Lbs. and to maneuver any package weighing up to 150 lbs. with appropriate equipment.
