Qualifikationen

• 3–10+ years in insurance or underwriting experience.
• Strong communication and broker relationship skills.
• Experience with Core/Middle Market accounts and pricing.

• Underwrite new business and renewals for Commercial Property & Casualty.
• Assess risk, set terms, and price within authority.
• Maintain broker/customer relationships and support portfolio health.
• Mentor junior underwriters and contribute to guidelines.
