WTW’s Insurance Consulting and Technology (ICT) practice is seeking ambitious actuarial analysts to help shape the future of insurance. You will work on reserving, pricing, capital modeling, data analytics, AI, and next-generation technologies in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

You’ll begin as an individual contributor and grow toward leadership, client engagement, budgeting, and business development while delivering impact for clients in Bermuda, Canada, and the United States.

Formación

• Undergraduate degree in actuarial science, statistics or quantitative discipline.
• 0 to 2 years of actuarial experience.
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and Access.
• Working knowledge of AI tools.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Well organized and detail oriented.
• Client service orientation and ethics in business.
• Ability to work independently and on client teams in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver reserve studies, capital management initiatives and pricing analyses for insurance clients.
• Apply actuarial expertise and AI-enabled analytics to support decisions.
• Contribute to IFRS 17 engagements and automated reporting improvements.
• Collaborate on pricing engagements to drive growth and profitability.
• Support benchmarking initiatives across insurers’ actuarial functions.
