WTW is seeking a Canada P&C Actuarial Manager to lead project teams delivering reserve, capital and pricing analyses for insurer clients. You will manage projects, mentor analysts, and collaborate across practices to advance WTW's reserving and pricing leadership in Canada.

The role emphasizes client relationships, intellectual capital development, and cross-functional teamwork, with a base salary range of CAD 150,000–200,000 per year and eligibility for annual incentive bonus.

Qualificações

• FCIA or ACIA/ACAS with 7+ years in Canadian insurance, reinsurance actuarial consulting, including reserving, capital modelling and IFRS 17
• Membership in CIA/CAS or equivalent actuarial body is required
• Strong analytical skills with ability to draw conclusions from data
• Proven experience managing multiple complex projects and delivering on time and budget
• Strong interpersonal and team skills
• Self-driven and able to navigate ambiguity
• Experience in pricing, predictive analytics, and capital modelling is preferred

Responsabilidades

• Deliver superior project management for assigned clients
• Lead day-to-day project progress against objectives, budget, timeline, and quality standards
• Draft statements of work, project plans and budgets
• Develop trusted advisor relationships with client contacts
• Manage client expectations and raise issues to Client Relationship Managers
• Interface with colleagues from other practices and regions
• Contribute to development of intellectual capital and new tools
• Coach and mentor analysts to deepen team expertise
• Support business development and client relationships
