Job summary

ProResp Sudbury/Espanola is seeking a Service Delivery Representative for a full-time contract position. You will deliver and maintain oxygen equipment in the community, interacting directly with patients and customers while upholding safety and quality standards.

The role includes training in home oxygen and TDG, background checks, and a starting base rate of $24.50–$27.50 per hour. Workweek is Monday–Friday 9:00am–5:00pm with rotational on-call, plus a company vehicle and smartphone provided.

Qualifications

• Secondary school diploma required.
• Valid G driver's license with clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and push/pull up to 100 lbs.
• Willingness to undergo pre-placement Functional Assessment.
• Satisfactory vulnerable sector screening required.

Responsibilities

• Delivery and maintenance of oxygen equipment.
• Vehicle inspection before/after use and compliance with safety rules.
• Ensure correct loading of daily product requirements.
• Set up equipment for new clients and deliver to existing clients.
• Provide exemplary client care and daily scheduling.
• Instruct clients in equipment operation and safety procedures.
• Complete necessary documentation as required.
• Undergo required training for oxygen equipment delivery.
