Harv Wilkening Transport Ltd. requires Independent Contractors for our Fleet domiciled in Toronto, ON. This position is running Toronto - Vancouver - Toronto, 1 trip per week, serving Canada-wide freight needs.

Responsibilities include pickup and delivery, freight handling, and safety inspections. We offer orientation, safety bonus opportunities, and a supportive dispatch team.

Qualifications

• Class 1A license and at least 2 years of verifiable truck driving experience.
• Must own your own truck (5 years or newer) and LCV experience.
• Professional appearance and good hygiene.
• Safe driving record verified by a current driver's abstract.

Responsabilités

• Pickup and delivery of freight in a safe and efficient manner
• Handle freight and freight documents
• Perform Pre-trip, post-trip inspections and preventative maintenance checks
• Professional communication with customers
• Ensure 100% compliance with safety
• Perform all other duties as requested
