Job summary

Domino’s Victoria is seeking a General Manager who will own a high‑volume store with full accountability for sales, profitability and operations. You will lead a team, manage food and labor costs, and ensure fast delivery and excellent service while upholding Domino’s standards.

Growth and coaching from an experienced owner/operator are offered. Must have 2+ years as GM or AM in QSR or similar setting, with a track record of performance, staffing, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience as a General Manager or Assistant Manager in QSR, pizza, or similar high‑volume food service.
• Proven track record managing labor and food costs.
• Experience with delivery operations and multi‑unit leadership a plus.

Responsibilities

• Hit sales and profitability targets.
• Manage food and labor costs to target.
• Maintain fast delivery and carryout times with high quality and service.
• Hire, train, and schedule a team of staff and drivers.
• Coach shift leaders to run strong shifts without you on the floor.
• Ensure brand standards and customer experience across shifts.
