The position offers a transparent, per-mile pay of $1.24 for loaded, empty, or bobtail miles, translating to CA$250,000 to CA$255,000 per year, with added pay and fuel subsidies for tri-axle equipment.

You will operate a Class 1 tractor-trailer, manage cross-border movement, maintain safety records, and plan trips within an independent dispatch

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of verifiable tractor‑trailer driving experience.
• Clean commercial driver's abstract with an excellent safety record.
• Ability to clear a criminal record check.
• A 2018 model year or newer tractor with a fully functioning DEF system.

What We're Looking For

• Comfort and willingness operating cross-border, CAN/US open board freight
• Compensation & Work Model
• CA$250,000 to CA$255,000 per year, built on $1.24 per mile for all loaded, empty, or bobtail miles, plus additional pay and fuel subsidy for tri‑axle equipment and paid assessorial pay. Licensing and insurance are provided at zero cost to the Owner Operator. Work model: On the road, open board.

Location & Travel

Based out of a terminal in the Aberfoyle, Ontario area. Regular cross-border travel between Canada and the United States is required.
