Job summary

McGill St Laurent is looking for a results-driven sales professional to build and own a book of business across North America. You will source suppliers and customers, close transactions, and manage end-to-end execution from price negotiation to delivery.

You'll thrive in a fast-paced market, leverage uncapped commissions, and contribute to a performance-driven culture in a collaborative office setting.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience managing full B2B sales cycles.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable working in short, fast-paced sales cycles.
• Ability to make decisions under pressure.
• Entrepreneurial mindset – take ownership and act.
• Organized enough to manage closing and follow-through.
• Bilingual (French & English).
• Experience in commodities, distribution, logistics, construction materials, or agriculture is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop relationships with suppliers and buyers.
• Negotiate purchase and resale prices.
• Close transactions in short sales cycles (often within a few days).
• Manage margins in a fast-moving price environment.
• Stay involved after the sale to ensure smooth execution.
