Job summary

Walmart Canada in Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu is seeking a team-oriented leader to support overnight stocking teams and department processes. You will respond to problems, train associates, and help manage merchandising and safety protocols on the sales floor.

The role involves coordinating tasks, leading daily huddles, and ensuring high standards of store presentation and security. You will collaborate with the General Merchandise Coach and Store Management to drive results.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to lead overnight stocking teams and coordinate tasks.
• Effective communicator and trainer for associates.
• Capable of performing daily store duties including merchandising and safety checks.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction and coordinate task completion per priorities from General Merchandise Coach and Store Management.
• Assess store department presentation and implement merchandising changes as needed.
• Lead daily Team Huddle, communicate updates, set goals and track productivity.
• Ensure security of high-ticket merchandise and perform daily audits; complete schedules with People Lead.
• Support a safe, clean, hazard-free environment by following policy and completing safety logs.
• Complete GTA/Workday tasks and support management.
• Assist Coach/People Lead with performance conversations and recruiting.
