Shoppers Drug Mart Inc. is hiring an Overnight Supervisor, Production in Mississauga, Ontario. The role leads pharmacy operations, ensuring accurate order fulfillment and a smooth workflow across assistants, technicians, and pharmacists.

You will coach staff, enforce compliance, and drive efficiencies on a rotating schedule. You will be responsible for hiring, training new staff, and maintaining high service levels while meeting regulatory requirements and company standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3–5 years of pharmacy work experience.
• At least 1 year of leadership experience; ability to manage others and build effective teams.
• Strong leadership skills with alignment to company values and policies.
• Knowledge of current pharmacy operations; ability to learn quickly if needed.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, regulated environment; manage multiple priorities.
• Flexibility to work various shift times including weekdays, weekends, and statutory holidays.

Responsabilités

• Oversee workflow processes to prioritize and improve team efficiency between pharmacy assistants, technicians, and pharmacists.
• Meet with Pharmacy Management Team regularly to share information, solve problems, and develop policies.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and implement change management practices.
• Organize workloads and priorities for the team and ensure on-time completion of tasks.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and development opportunities to team members.
• Ensure compliance with privacy, regulatory standards, and CORE values.
• Monitor performance indicators and maintain documentation for reviews and onboarding.
