Job summary

The Home Depot Canada is seeking an Order Picker to obtain pick lists and fulfill customer orders across the store. You will gather merchandise, label, pack, and hold items for loading while ensuring accuracy and safety.

Role involves occasional POS tasks, returns handling, and assisting with curbside orders. A High School Diploma and 1–2 years’ retail or distribution experience are assets.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years of retail or distribution experience asset.
• Knowledge of reach trucks and order picker machines preferred.

Responsibilities

• Fill orders by gathering merchandise throughout the store in a timely manner.
• Pack orders carefully to avoid damage during handling and shipping.
• Label and hold orders in designated areas until loading or pickup.
• Assist with basic POS transactions, returns and curbside adjustments.
• Support loading delivery vehicles and curbside order fulfillment.
