Job summary

Level is seeking an Overnight House Attendant to maintain cleanliness across guest corridors, elevators, stairwells and public areas during night shifts. You will restock carts, respond to guest requests, and perform minor maintenance while upholding confidentiality and security of guest rooms.

The role also covers safety, incident reporting, and assisting the front desk with basic guest needs. Prior housekeeping, maintenance, or security experience is preferred; lifting up to 50 lbs is required.

Qualifications

• Self-motivation and the ability to work overnight.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are required.
• Ability to stay calm and professional during night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Perform janitorial duties and maintain cleanliness of public areas.
• Restock housekeeping areas and carts for the next day’s shifts.
• Respond to guest requests for towels, linens, or amenities.
• Perform minor maintenance tasks and report damages or hazards.
• Ensure proper disposal of trash and recycling.
• Greet and assist late-arriving guests and support front desk.
