Job summary

Prima Living, part of the Primacorp family, is hiring a Guest Attendant in Morrisburg, Ontario. This on-site, ongoing part-time/casual role supports residents with daily needs, medication routines, and community operations, promoting dignity and comfort in a resident-centered environment.

You will respond to call bells, assist with transfers and dining, complete documentation, and participate in handovers and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in Hospitality, Gerontology, Social Services, Healthcare, or related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident call bells and assist with daily care needs while ensuring comfort, safety, and dignity.
• Administer medications and maintain accurate medication records.
• Complete resident wellness checks and report changes to the Health and Wellness Manager.
• Support dining services with census checks and tray service.
• Document shift reports, MARs, and logs.
• Assist residents with escorts, transfers, laundry, and housekeeping tasks.
• Maintain a safe, clean environment and report safety or maintenance issues.
• Participate in shift handovers and follow safety protocols.
