Responsibilities

• Assists in providing direction and coordinating overnight stocking activities based on priorities from management.
• Assesses merchandise presentation and store appearance; executes merchandising and display changes to maintain standards.
• Ensures defective or damaged merchandise is identified and transferred to the claims room according to procedures.
• Assumes responsibility for store safety and security in the absence of the Overnight Assistant Manager; manages incidents per guidelines.
• Inspects assigned areas to ensure facilities are secure and compliant with safety standards.
• Participates in training and development of overnight associates to support productivity and goals.
