Responsibilities

• Support Overnight Stocking Operations: assists in providing direction and coordinating overnight stocking activities based on priorities.
• Merchandising and Store Presentation: assesses merchandise presentation and store appearance, identifies deficiencies, and executes merchandising and display changes.
• Inventory and Claims Support: ensures defective or damaged merchandise is identified and transferred to the claims room per procedures.
• Store Safety and Security Oversight: assumes responsibility for store safety and security in the absence of the Overnight Assistant Manager.
• Facility and Security Inspections: inspects areas to ensure facilities are secure and compliant with safety standards.
• Associate Training and Development: participates in training and development of overnight associates.
• Flexibility: willing to work a variety of shifts including evenings, weekends, holidays.
