Northlake Financial is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to service dealers across Western Canada, based in Winnipeg, MB. The role involves building a book of business, managing a defined territory, and promoting Northlake programs within current and future dealers.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of related sales experience, strong communication, and a valid driver's license to travel within Manitoba and surrounding areas.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of related sales experience in automotive or financial services is required.
• Must be located in Manitoba or surrounding area and able to travel regularly.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within the territory.
• Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting and engaging dealers to grow Northlake Financial business.
• Manage a defined region and build a book of business across Western Canada.
• Promote Northlake programs and facilitate deal submissions and funding.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain dealer relationships.
• Meet or exceed sales metrics and collaborate with team for solutions.

Purpose Of An Outside Sales Representative

The Sales Representative will service multiple dealers across Western Canada. You must be able to commute and travel daily within Winnipeg, MB. The position involves building a book of business, managing a set region, and encouraging the adoption and usage of our programs within the current and future dealers in the designated area.

The goal is to have dealer agreements signed in Dealer Track (DT), application submissions and those applications approved and funded. A Sales Reps success will be in the volume and quality of deals submitted by their dealers.

• Product Knowledge, deeply understand the products offered by Northlake Financial, and proactively recommend products that will help achieve their financial goals.

Requirements Of An Outside Sales Representative

• MUST be located in Manitoba or the surrounding area
• 3-5 years of related sales experience
• Experience selling in indirect automotive or consumer lending, financial services is an asset
• Post-Secondary education in Business or Commerce is an asset
• Valid Driver's license and ability to travel within the specified territory on a regular basis
• Dexterous in using productivity tools and end-user software including MS Office suite
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills including strong written and verbal
• Successful track record of growing sales and ability to deliver outstanding customer service.

Compensation

• Base Salary: $60,000 annually
• Competitive Commission Structure with performance-based earning potential
